Priprema: Priljepke dobro oprati (promijeniti 2-3 vode) i očistiti od travezatim zagrijati maslinovo ulje, dodati sjeckani češnjak i peršin i kratko pirjati. Potom dodati priljepke. Dinstati 1 sat uz dodavanje vina, dok se priljepci ne odvoje od kučica.Kučice je preporučljivo iskoristiti za kuhanje temeljca. Kad priljepci omekšaju dodati rižu, stalno miješati i podlijevati temeljcem.
